76 Christian Psychotherapy Prozessmodelle im Bereich von Heilung in einer Christlichen Psychologie am Beispiel des In- neren Vergebungsmodells Wolfram Soldan Die Frage nach der Art von Konzepten im Rahmen Christlicher Psychologie kann nicht allgemein beantwor- tet werden. Aus der grundsätzlichen Lebensdynamik des Menschen zwischen Leben und Tod folgt für Modelle in einer Christlichen Psychologie, dass sie zum einen Pro- zess- oder Entwicklungsmodelle sein sollten und zum zweiten, dass man zwischen zwei unterschiedlichen Mo- dellarten differenzieren muss. Denn will man die zwei Entwicklungsrichtungen der Lebensdynamik des Menschen modellhaft beschreiben, so stellt man fest, dass die in der jeweiligen Richtung ab- laufenden Prozesse von so unterschiedlicher Natur sind, dass sich auch die darauf beziehenden Modelle und Kon- zepte unterscheiden müssen. Der Hauptunterscheidungspunkt liegt im Entwicklungs- motor, der bei Modellen, die sich auf die Prozessrichtung „von Gott weg“ beziehen, zunehmend kausalgesetzlich ist. So lassen sich in diesem Bereich recht „feste“ Modelle erstellen. Störungen werden im Zuge ihrer Entwicklung immer ähnlicher und damit leichter allgemein beschreib- bar, wobei jedoch sorgsam zwischen Grundmuster und individueller Ausprägung unterschieden werden muss. Der Entwicklungsmotor der anderen Prozessrichtung „hin zu Gott“ ist hingegen personal, obliegt der individu- ellen Führung Gottes. Hier ist Konstanz im Prozess durch Seine Person selbst, durch Seine universellen Ziele (z.B. Liebe) gegeben. Doch weitere, individuelle Ziele, sowie der höchst indi- viduelle Weg, den Gott mit jedem Einzelnen geht, sorgen für eine sehr große Variabilität im Entwicklungs- und Prozessgeschehen. Unsere Modelle in diesem Bereich müssen sowohl den personalen Entwicklungsmotor als auch diese große Variabilität widerspiegeln, es geht mehr um ein „Verständnis von Beziehungsabläufen“ als um „Heiligungsprinzipien“, es geht um ein Finden von Prozessparametern/-variablen¸ mit denen keine starren Grundmuster gemeint sind, sondern eine Wiedergabe der vielen kleinen Richtungsweisungen Gottes in jedem Moment des Prozesses auf Sein universelles Ziel hin ver- sucht wird. Prozessmodelle im Bereich von Heilung Der „Steuerungsmechanismus“ hinter heilsamen Prozes- sen ist folgender: Als Christen glauben wir, dass Wachs- tum und Heilung nur da möglich wird, wo die „Steue- rung“ von Gott selbst übernommen wird, wo wir, statt nach eigener Autonomie zu streben, Process models in the field of healing in a Christian psycho- logy with the inner forgiveness model as an example Wolfram Soldan The question of the kinds of concept encountered within Christian psychology has no general answer. From the fundamental dynamics of human life between life and death, it follows for models in a Christian psychology that they should on one the hand be process or develop- ment models and, on the other, that one must distinguish between two different kinds of model. For, if one wishes to describe the two directions of deve- lopment of the dynamics of human life as models, one will discover that the processes occurring in each of these directions are of such different natures that the models and concepts relating to them must be distinguished. The chief point of distinction lies in the development motor, which increasingly follows causal laws in models which relate to the process direction “away from God”. In this area, therefore, thoroughly “solid” models can be constructed. Disorders become constantly more similar in the course of their development and therefore easier to describe generally, although one must distinguish ca- refully between underlying patterns and individual ma- nifestation. The development motor of the other process direction, “towards God”, is, in contrast, personal and subject to the individual leading of God. Here there is a constant factor in the process due to His own person, due to His univer- sal goals (e.g. love). Yet other, individual aims and also the extremely individual path that God takes with each person provide a very great variability in the events of the development and process. Our models in this area must reflect the personal deve- lopment motor as well as this great variability; it is more a question of “understanding the course of relationships” than “principles of sanctification”, a question of finding process parameters/variables, meaning not rigid under- lying patterns, but an attempt to reproduce the many litt- le guiding pointers given by God in each moment of the process towards His universal goal. Process models in the healing field The “control mechanism” behind healing processes is the following: as Christians, we believe that growth and healing only become possible when the “steering” is ta- ken over by God himself, where we, instead of striving for our own autonomy, give the control back to Him, entrus- ting ourselves to Him.
